You can cancel a tutoring session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges. However, sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be refunded, as the tutor’s time has already been reserved for you.
We encourage you to respect the time of your tutor and avoid last-minute cancellations. Tutors often set aside dedicated time for each student, and frequent cancellations can disrupt their schedules. If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible to allow the tutor time to adjust their schedule.

Tutoring sessions on CampusTutor can be held both online and in person, depending on your preference and the availability of the tutor.
Payments for tutoring sessions are securely processed through Stripe. After confirming your session, you will be redirected to the Stripe platform to complete your payment. You can pay using various methods, including credit/debit cards and other payment options supported by Stripe.
Once your payment is successfully completed on the Stripe platform, your session will be confirmed, and you’ll receive all necessary details. Rest assured, all payment information is handled securely and privately by Stripe.
